Anna K. Kulbinski, CDPE

I am a full-time residential real estate agent with many years of experience. I work with with buyers and sellers. My number one priority is you- “the Client”.  It is extremely important to work with someone you trust, therefore, I will work hard to earn your trust. I always keep my clients informed as to the status of the transaction and educate them along the way about the process of buying and/or selling.  Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your life and you should always make sure you will get the assistance of a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent you can trust.

Additionally, in today’s market where majority of homes on the market are short sales, it is important to work with an agent who has both experience and the necessary education. I hold the CDPE Designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert), a Certified Short Sale Negotiator  Designation (CSSN), and a Short Sale And Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), which is the only certification for working with distressed properties recognized by National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Article contributions made to my blog are from the following professionals:

Desert State Home Inspections:

Michael Blagg is a senior inspector with Desert State Home Inspections in Phoenix, Arizona. Michael is a college graduate and received his training at Kaplan Inspection Training Associates (ITA).  He is state certified and a certified member of  ASHI and AZ ASHI. Michael is also certified through FEMA for disaster relief. To date, he has performed over 3,500 home inspections.
